Koral Advisory now operates across five markets: Malaysia, Indonesia, the UAE, the United States, and Canada. The addition of the United States and Canada extends the firm's fractional CFO and accounting coverage into North America, alongside its existing Southeast Asia and Gulf presence.
The United States and Canada offering is built around five service categories: CFO & Finance Leadership, E-commerce & Marketplace Accounting, Core Accounting & Bookkeeping, Systems & Reporting, and Company Formation. It runs from Delaware and federal or provincial incorporation and registered agent services through to month-end close, revenue recognition and SaaS metrics, and NetSuite implementation and support.
A meaningful share of the new client base runs multi-channel commerce, so the North America practice puts particular weight on reconciling Shopify, Stripe, and Amazon activity into a single, GAAP-compliant set of books, the kind of clean numbers a board, a lender, or an investor can rely on without follow-up questions.
Staffing built to scale
United States and Canada clients are staffed on the same tiered model already in place across Koral Advisory's other markets. Every tier includes a dedicated accountant embedded in the client's business, and clients move up a tier as their books, channels, and reporting needs grow more complex.
- Junior Accountant: day-to-day bookkeeping, data entry, and bank and platform reconciliation
- Accountant: full-cycle bookkeeping, month-end support, and financial statement preparation
- Senior Accountant: month-end close ownership, revenue recognition, and KPI reporting
- Account Manager: fractional CFO-level oversight with a custom scope and rate
With this expansion, Koral Advisory now runs one team, not five separate local firms handed off to one another, across five countries and dozens of services.
